Orchid Tree Leaves

Orchid tree leaves come from the tropical Bauhinia tree and impress with their natural, round shape and fine vein pattern. The decorative leaves are gently dried and remain completely untreated. A pure natural product for natural design and water care in aquariums.
What makes Orchid Tree Leaves so special?
The delicate leaves transform every aquarium into a little piece of tropical paradise. With their natural charm, they not only create a visually appealing backdrop, but also actively contribute to the well-being of the aquarium inhabitants. As they slowly sink to the bottom, they release valuable natural substances such as humic acids and tannins over a period of weeks. These substances naturally create a gentle, slightly acidic water environment, comparable to the original habitats of many ornamental fish species.

In addition, the leaves are quickly colonised by beneficial microorganisms, thus supporting the biological balance in the tank. Application:

Place the Orchid Tree Leaves directly into the aquarium. After a short time, they will sink to the bottom. For a tank volume of 50 litres, we recommend 3–5 leaves, depending on the desired effect. After about 3–4 weeks, they can be replaced with new ones.
